How you, as a successful leader, can lower your stress level and become stronger in the process.

Stress knows no hierarchies.

As a CEO, manager, or senior executive, you carry a great deal of responsibility. For the company you work for, for your team, and for the decisions you make, both personal and professional. Decisions for your family and also for your own health.

Your daily life is a high-performance endeavor. You're reliable at work. You exercise every other day. You take good care of your family. You're available for your friends 24/7. Your household is mostly spotless. You also plan and organise all your business trips yourself. Your appointments are packed tightly together. You maintain focus from morning till night. Juggling everything requires energy. And consistency.

You know these subtle signs:

  • Restlessness in the head

  • Physical tension

  • Back pain

  • Restricted and interrupted sleep

  • Declining regenerative capacity

You're not alone. I ignored these signs for far too long.

And that's precisely why I support you with top-notch stress management. As your Co-Pilot, I help people in their prime to be high-performing, successful, and calm.

Staying fit and healthy during the best phase of your life.
Staying fit and healthy during the best phase of your life.

More serenity for managers, CEOs and people in positions of responsibility

What does that mean in concrete terms, being more relaxed? Your nerves, like steel cables, stay calmer for longer, even when your children are once again pulling at them, absolutely refusing to do their homework and certainly not willing to tidy their rooms. Even when you're shopping and there's an elderly woman in front of you in line who rummages around in her purse for coins for ages and doesn't move an inch, you remain calm inside.

To get stress under control, you need a clear strategy and its consistent implementation. Stress management doesn't happen by chance. It arises from clarity, a reliable structure, and, experience shows, professional support.

Effective stress management combined:

  • Holistic bodywork

  • Mental relief

  • Deep relaxation

  • Continuous collaboration

Where traditional therapies fail, Ananda Co-Pilot opens up a space for new possibilities. Working with me, changes become tangible, results are measurable, and implementation and integration into your daily life are simple.

The V8 engine, body and intelligent stress reduction

Your body is like a V8 engine. It's extremely powerful, works very precisely, and loves to operate at its full potential.

A consistently high workload causes unnecessary wear and tear. Precisely applied stress management, however, slows down the workload in your constantly spinning mind and tense body. Performance remains the same, and creativity is even enhanced. You'll notice how some things become easier.

The result you can achieve:

  • Less stress

  • Less pain

  • More clarity

  • Faster reaction time

  • Stronger focus

  • Greater joy in life

All 6 of these points contribute to optimising the functioning of your entire body system.

The 3-point exercise for instant mental calm

Here is an effective tool for your stressful everyday life, whether in the office, at home or while traveling.

Here's how it works:

  1. Sit on the edge of the chair.

  2. Place both your feet consciously on the ground.

  3. Your buttocks should be facing forward on the chair.

  4. Place one hand on your stomach or belly.

  5. Now perceive all three points (feet, buttocks, hand on stomach) simultaneously.

  6. Be fully present for a moment. With yourself and with your body.

  7. Enjoy the sweet idleness and presence for the next few breaths.

This short sequence has a direct effect on your nervous system. Your mind becomes calmer. Your body slows down.

Incorporate this into your daily routine for stress management, e.g., right after your lunch break, before you go full throttle again.

A real-life story: Andrea, a senior manager after a merger

I had a similar case with Andrea, where we achieved effective and lasting results within a short time through one-on-one coaching. Andrea works in a management position at a recently merged company. She has a high level of responsibility, makes many decisions daily, and works within tight deadlines.

Her issue: She had back pain in the morning that worsened throughout the day. Sometimes she woke up with headaches.

Her goal: She wants to be clearer-headed and more productive at work, and to be able to stay on top of things even after the merger.

After just a few body treatments The pain subsided almost completely . However, another issue emerged: stress throughout the entire system, both physically and especially mentally. This is where the extensive collaboration began.

Through targeted questions, simple clarifications, and regular Access Bars sessions, mental calm was restored. The body relaxed sustainably. Performance stabilized and even improved.

A clear advantage for Andrea:

Stress management and bodywork complemented each other perfectly, effectively (even when other forms of therapy were ineffective), and sustainably. Andrea was able to be more relaxed in her daily life, both at work and with her family. She also enjoyed sports and leisure activities with her friends more.

Why continuous collaboration is crucial

Individual measures bring short-term relief. And it has been shown time and again over the past few years that continuity brings lasting change.

If you want to maintain high performance, you should use:

  • Regular sessions

  • Clear structures

  • Binding dates

  • Support on multiple levels

This creates an interplay between body, mind, and emotional stability.

Through targeted questions and sessions tailored to the moment, we create more clarity and improved responsiveness for you through deep relaxation.
