My days typically start between 5 and 5:30 am and usually end around sunset (at least in summer ;)). When the days get longer, I feel the urge to spend as much time outdoors as possible. And I'd like to invite you to join me for an hour outside.
Modern working life often involves spending hours behind a desk. The result is shallow breathing and a hunched posture. Perhaps you recognize yourself in this: After an intense day full of appointments and decisions, you long to clear your mind and restore the expansive, powerful posture that is often lost in the stresses of everyday life. In this exclusive Foundation Training (FT) as group lessons in the open air, I will simultaneously give you directly applicable impulses for your everyday life.
Your clear advantage: You'll learn how to solidify your learned movement patterns in a dynamic group setting to sustainably improve your posture. Furthermore, you'll find a free exercise example below that will allow you to immediately relieve pressure in your lower back.
Stronger together – Foundation Training outdoors
This group lesson is the perfect opportunity for you if you:
You have already attended at least three Foundation Training individual lessons with me and your foundation is in place,
if you would like to further deepen your movement patterns in the group,
If you want to integrate FT firmly and practically into your daily routine,
If you want to establish or develop a healthy physical posture,
You want to experience lots of fun and joy during your back training.
Things to know about your group lesson:
Training time: Every Monday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Course location: in Solitude Park, at the St. Alban Tor or on the Birsfelden Kraftwerksinsel. Depending on the weather, we will flexibly move the course indoors.
Fee: CHF 40 per lesson, paid directly on site in cash or via TWINT.
Bring along: A yoga mat or blanket, comfortable clothing and your water bottle – we train barefoot.
Commitment: Appointments are binding. You can book, reschedule, or cancel flexibly up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made with less notice, you will be charged for the lesson. (Note: If the minimum number of three participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the lesson.)
