As a certified Foundation Training Instructor and holistic body therapist, I bring FT together with a range of highly effective treatment methods into our sessions. Athletes and sportspeople come to me to elevate their performance, refine their movement patterns, and stay strong and connected in their bodies. I work with great joy alongside riders, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, dancers from every corner of the world, long-distance runners, open-water swimmers, weightlifters, and many other sportspeople.

To ensure your body has the necessary time to adapt to the "new normal" of healthy alignment, 3 to 5 individual lessons form the basis for joining our group training sessions . In these personal sessions, we precisely calibrate your movement patterns.
