Foundation Training Group Lesson in Basel

want to develop or build on a healthy physical foundation

want to have fun whilst doing your exercises
Group lessons: useful information
Training times: Mondays 6.00 – 7.00 pm
Bookings are binding and can be made, rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be required to pay for the group lesson.
Venue: Solitude Park, Basel (Depending on the weather, the session will take place indoors).
Each lesson is paid for on the spot in cash (CHF 40) or via TWINT.
What to bring: A yoga mat or blanket, comfortable clothing and a water bottle; we practise barefoot.
If the minimum number of three participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the group lesson.
To make communication within the Foundation Training group easier, we use the WhatsApp-Chat "FT Gruppe 🤙🏼🎈".
