Foundation Training with Ananda Co-Pilot

Change Movement Patterns. Build Strength. Elevate Performance.
Your body is extraordinary. It adapts, carries you, and allows you to enjoy all manner of sports – day after day. Yet the wear and tear of our modern lifestyle leaves its mark. Foundation Training, or FT, is a highly efficient and easily integrated response to this: a direct, practical method for dissolving imbalances, activating the posterior muscle chain, anchoring the hips, connecting the centre, and decompressing the spine.
Body weight goes where it belongs – into the muscles, not the joints.
By changing the way you move in daily life, you can dramatically transform how your body feels. When your body moves with greater ease, training becomes more enjoyable and far more efficient. And yes, 10 to 20 minutes a day is enough to create significant, lasting change.
Foundation Training in Everyday Life
Connected throughout the whole body – and therefore far more responsive, agile, and balanced. This is not a promise. It is the result of continuous, committed collaboration that remains tangible and practical in everyday life.
