Foundation Training, or FT, is a highly efficient and easily integrated response to this: a direct, practical method for dissolving imbalances, activating the posterior muscle chain, anchoring the hips, connecting the centre, and decompressing the spine.

As a certified Foundation Training Instructor and holistic body therapist, I bring FT together with a range of highly effective treatment methods into our sessions. Athletes and sportspeople come to me to elevate their performance, refine their movement patterns, and stay strong and connected in their bodies. I work with great joy alongside riders, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, dancers from every corner of the world, long-distance runners, open-water swimmers, weightlifters, and many other sportspeople.
